Here’s a year-over-year look at how our market has been doing.
If you’ve been following our market updates, you’ll know that things slowed back at the end of March through May; we had fewer listings, buyers, and pending sales during that time. In June, however, things started to pick back up. As the latest market data shows, the month of July has been a continuation of that upward trend.

Comparing July 2019 to July 2020:
1:28—New listings on the market have gone up
2:17—Price changes have gone up
2:47—Pending listings are up
3:36—The number of homes sold rose
4:12—The average and median sales price rose
Year-Over-Year Changes Between Jan 1 - July 31:

5:13—New listings and price changes are down

6:29—Homes sold are down

7:08—Both average and median sales prices are up, though days on market are down
